Rooted in Purpose and Built on Promise Dr. Felita Hannah-Poole understands that while talent is universal, entryways to success are not. Adopted at age four, her life was transformed by a family and community that chose to believe in her, sparking a lifelong mission to ensure every child has a champion. With two decades of experience as a dedicated educator and advocate, Dr. Hannah-Poole founded the Lead With Purpose Foundation to bridge the gap between inner resilience and outward opportunity. Her journey from being a young adoptee to a visionary leader serves as a testament to what happens when we invest in a child's destiny. At the Purpose Leadership Institute, she empowers underserved scholars to lead with character and confidence, proving that our beginnings don't define our boundaries. Together, we can help every student rise, lead, and soar.
